Remember that breeding is more than just a little extra food for the
bitch. It's also using the best stud dog, no matter where he is in the
world, keeping yourself informed with breeding, research and shows all
over the world, using the best food for your dogs, the best veterinarian
etc. etc.
To
put the price in perspective, I state, that a serious breeding program will
always cost more than the income. Just like any other hobby, which is being
performed on a high level.
Some Bull Terriers are being sold at a reduced price against the breeder
keeping the right to breed the dog. It can be an advantage to both parts.
No matter what country I would consider it reasonable to expect a health certificate
from the veterinarian, when you pick up your puppy. Make sure it has been
treated for worms, has been vaccinated and is tattooed/chipped.
